What the Client Needed


In early 2022, deep in the heart of winter, the sectional boiler responsible for heating an upscale rural residential property’s 12,500 square-foot recreation building, including a heated pool, spa, tennis court and more, failed without warning. Thanks to the maintenance team, the pool water temperature was turned all the way up. This kept the pool from freezing, and the radiant heat ensured the adjacent tennis court remained comfortable.
